Each room comes with Wifi, Aircon, a mini bar, and a pristine view of either the ocean or the mountains. Our Sea Facing rooms are our smaller, more affordable option, whereas our Presidential and Honeymoon suites are perfectly suited for those who prefer a bit more space to unwind.

THE ANNEX GUESTHOUSE

Just a two-minute stroll from Sky Villa’s main reception, the Sky Villa Annex offers a more private but equally luxurious stay within the same award-winning estate.

Designed with clean architectural lines and natural light in mind, the Annex features six air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms plus a self-catering cottage. Rooms and the cottage may be booked individually, or the entire villa can be reserved exclusively for families, groups, or events.

The cottage sleeps two in an extra-length King four poster bed. It is equipped with a compact kitchenette and a bathroom that has a shower. It also boasts a private Jacuzzi and Deck that can be reserved as an additional amenity. As a self-catering unit, breakfast is not provided, but the view over the mountain makes up for it.

The apartment sleeps 2 in a King sized bed. It is situated away from the other villas and is reached after ascending a flight of stairs (it is not wheelchair friendly). It boasts an en-suite with shower and bath, a seating area, and afully equipped kitchen. Additionally, it comes with a private deck and Jacuzzi.

The Annex includes its own swimming pool and boma, with shared access to Sky Villa’s full suite of facilities, including the Sky Bar, restaurant, gym, snooker room, yoga deck, art gallery, and award-winning gardens. Guests who book the entire Annex also have use of a private kitchen, dining room, and barbecue area.
