Sky Villa Annex is a luxury guesthouse on the same beautiful estate as Sky Villa, less than a 2-minute walk from reception.

The architecturally designed villa consists of six airconditioned en-suite bedrooms and a self-catering cottage. The rooms and cottage can either be booked individually or the entire guesthouse with or without the cottage.

The cottage consists of a spacious en-suite bedroom, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, double volume dining and lounge area with Dutch stairs leading to the loft/study which can also double as a bedroom. The lounge extends onto a lovely north-facing patio with spectacular mountain views.

A wood-burning fireplace makes the cottage very cosy in winter. Facilities at the guesthouse include a swimming pool and a Boma.

If guests book the entire Villa, the kitchen, dining room and Boma/ barbecue facilities may be used. If individual rooms are booked, meals are served in the main Hotel restaurant. Guests may use all Hotel facilities, including the gym, restaurant, Skybar, snooker room, art gallery and yoga deck.

To make your stay more comfortable, the guest house is equipped with a state-of-the-art solar and inverter system to ensure an uninterrupted power supply.
