Check-in time is from 14:00.

Please check out by 11:00.

Bookings & Payment

Full payment must be received no later than 30 days before arrival.

Reservations made less than 30 days before arrival require full payment within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be made in writing. 31 days or more: free cancellation. 30 days or less: 100% of your booking payment is forfeited. No shows: 100% cancellation fees.

No refund will be given for guests who leave before the completion of their stay. A 3% admin fee applies to all refunds.

Peak Season (15 Dec – 7 Jan)

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance payment is required 60 days prior to arrival.

Child Policy

Children of all ages are welcome. Children between 0 and 3 years stay free. Children between 4 and 17 years: R1,000 per day. One adult with one child pays the two-adults-sharing rate.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted inside Sky Villa Boutique Hotel. Designated smoking areas are located throughout the hotel premises.
