THE ANNEX GUESTHOUSE
Sky Villa Annex is a luxury guesthouse on the same beautiful estate as Sky Villa, less than a 2-minute walk from reception.
The architecturally designed villa consists of six airconditioned en-suite bedrooms and a self-catering cottage. The rooms and cottage can either be booked individually or the entire guesthouse with or without the cottage.
The cottage consists of a spacious en-suite bedroom, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, double volume dining and lounge area with Dutch stairs leading to the loft/study which can also double as a bedroom. The lounge extends onto a lovely north-facing patio with spectacular mountain views.
A wood-burning fireplace makes the cottage very cosy in winter. Facilities at the guesthouse include a heated swimming pool and a Boma.
If guests book the entire Villa, the kitchen, dining room and Boma/ barbecue facilities may be used. If individual rooms are booked, meals are served in the main Hotel restaurant. Guests may use all Hotel facilities, including the gym, restaurant, Skybar, snooker room, art gallery and yoga deck.
To make your stay more comfortable, the guest house is equipped with a state-of-the-art solar and inverter system to ensure an uninterrupted power supply.

The Annex is a guesthouse located within walking distance to the Main Hotel. Guests booking any one of the six air-conditioned, en-suite bedrooms in the Annex will have access to a shared lounge, fireplace, heated pool and entertainment area. Guests are also able to make use of the facilities at the Main Hotel.

PAYMENT POLICY
A confirmed booking comprises the following terms & conditions:
- Full payment must be received by Sky Villa Boutique Hotel no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
- Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will require full payment within 48 hours.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation must be made in writing and the conditions of cancellation are as follows:
- 31 days and more: free cancellation.
- 30 days and less 100% is forfeited.
- No shows: 100% cancellation fees
- No refund will be given for guests who arrive but leave before the completion of their stay.
- 3% of the Total Deposit/Payment should a refund be required as an admin fee.
PEAK SEASON (15 December – 7 January)
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
- Balance payment is required 60 days prior to arrival.
Children of all ages are welcome at Sky Villa Boutique Hotel & Annex @ Sky. Children between 0-3 years are free | Children between 4-17 years pay a rate of R1 000 per day | 1 Adult + 1 Child pay 2 Adults sharing rate.
Smoking is not permitted inside Sky Villa Boutique Hotel. There are designated smoking areas located throughout the hotel premises.
